Will Rizk (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.)

 

I am a personal trainer at one of London's foremost performance gyms City Athletic Moorgate, with a passion for strength training, and muscle toning and building. I specialise in reducing lower back pain and corrective exercise (improving the quality of movement), with a strong interest in postural correction. I accomplish these fitness goals by using a wide variety of training methods and making suggestions for lifestyle changes, and providing guidance on nutrition.

I am also a sports massage therapist, as this was a natural transition for me given my interests as a personal trainer. I operate in both London Massage & Movement in Wandsworth Town and STONE near Bank, each on a part-time basis.

My years of training as a scientist combined with my knowledge as a personal trainer mean that your progress will always be measured using evidence, which is generated by:

 

(1) rigorously constructing bespoke training regimes; and

(2) analysing performance data to monitor progression.

 

The combination of these skills allows me to maximise your chance of success in the gym. The effectiveness of my training style is proven by the positive results that I have seen in my clients (refer to my testimonials).
