“Over a four month period, Will's guidance has resulted in a big improvement in my core strength but the benefits have been on many levels. Will frequently reviewed my diet and ensured I made sensible and more importantly, sustainable changes. He is incredibly focussed on ensuring that each repetition of an exercise is done properly. “When I started training with Will I explained that I wanted to build upper body strength and shape but had problems with lower back pain and the effects of arthritis. Will designed a program and recommended exercises that helped me meet my goals and also took into account my condition. He was also able to suggest changes to my diet to complement the training. The results are that I am stronger with a better posture and I hardly feel any discomfort from my lower back anymore and also have experienced much less incidents of grinding due to the arthritis. The work I have done with Will has been in two stages: one when I was working hard to build strength and fitness, and the other to help rehabilitation after a back injury and operation. In the first phase the sessions were carefully planned and monitored and he took a holistic approach to the programme, with well-balanced exercise sessions, excellent advice on posture and nutrition. During this period my strength, posture and general fitness improved markedly.
